Terms and Conditions
Last updated July 1, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the Pilates Pass website and app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use Pilates Pass. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.
Subscriptions and refunds
Paid plans are billed through our payment provider (Stripe) on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
If you are unhappy with Pilates Pass within 30 days of your first paid charge, contact hello@pilatespass.app and we will issue a refund of that charge.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no reverse engineering, scraping, attempting to access other users' accounts, or using the service to violate any law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that put the service or other users at risk.
Health disclaimer
Pilates Pass provides general wellness content and is not medical advice. Talk to a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise routine, especially if you have an injury or medical condition. You perform all exercises at your own risk.
Service changes
We may update, add, or remove features over time. If we make a materially adverse change to a paid feature, we will give reasonable notice and, where required, offer a refund of unused paid time.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pilates Pass is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
